This working prototype examines every one of the 4,096 combinations of twelve interventions. It enforces your budget, space, care capacity, minimum priorities, and protected choices.

Among feasible combinations, it maximizes the sum of design points. Ties favor lower cost and then less care. Scores and costs are transparent illustrative inputs; they are not forecasts, construction quotes, environmental measurements, or validated community preferences.

If nothing fits, the engine isolates an irreducible conflict: remove any requirement in that set and the conflict disappears. This is not necessarily the smallest possible conflict. Repair suggestions relax just one requirement, preserving all others.

Everything runs in your browser. No account, analytics, AI API, or data upload. Your current workshop is stored locally. Exports include a certificate you can verify with the open-source engine.
